Hot Pumpkin White Chocolate

3 cups whole milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces white chocolate


1. Heat all ingredients except for chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently until simmering.

2. Remove from heat and add chocolate, stirring until dissolved.
3. Divide into mugs and serve.
