Chili

1 lb ground meat
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 large can tomato sauce
2 cans kidney beans
1 medium brown onion
1 garlic clove, pressed 
red pepper flakes

1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until browned.
2. Add ground meat and cook thoroughly.
3. Add all ingredients to crock-pot, cook on low for 7 hours stirring about every hour.

I normally serve this with corn bread, sour cream and shredded cheese.
