Thai Peanut Sauce

1 can coconut milk
1/4 cup red curry paste
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water

1. Combine all ingredients in medium sauce pan.
2. Simmer for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
