Chicken Philly Sub Sandwiches

3 tablespoons butter
1 brown onion
1green bell pepper
1 package boneless, skinless chicken
liquid steak marinade
mozzarella cheese slices
sub sandwich rolls

1. Quarter and slice onion and bell pepper. Cut chicken into small slices, or dice largely.
2. Place butter, onion, bell pepper, chicken and marinade in crock pot. Stir to coat.
3. Cook on low at least 5 hours.
4. Serve on rolls with cheese slices.

Chicken Lettuce Wraps (crockpot)

Peanut Butter Brownie Cookies

1 package ready to bake cookies
12 mini peanut butter cups
1 brownie mix (with ingredients needed to prepare as per box instructions)

1. Prepare brownie mix as box instructs. Spray muffin tin with Pam
2. Separate and press cookies into bottom of muffin tin.
3. Center one peanut butter cup in each muffin, pour brownie mix to cover.
4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Orange Chicken

1 package boneless, skinless chicken, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 Asian sesame dressing
1/4 cup orange juice
1 package frozen stir fry veggies
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped

1. In a large skillet heat olive oil. Add chicken and cook through.
2. Combine dressing and orange juice. Add to skillet, heat to boiling.
3. Add veggies, cook through. Add peanuts, toss to combine.

Italian Cream Chicken

Thai Coconut Chicken

1 can coconut milk
1.5 tablespoons sriracha
1 teaspoon sriracha chili and garlic sauce
4 green onions thinly sliced
1 bunch cilantro (leaves only, coarsely chopped)
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 brown onion, quartered then sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 package boneless skinless chicken, cubed

1. Combine all ingredients in crockpot, stir to coat, cook on low 7 hours.

**I serve this over steamed white rice. I like it a little brothey so the rice can soak it up.

Lemon Chicken - Crockpot

1 package boneless, skinless chicken
1 stick butter
1 package Italian dressing
1 lemon
1 onion - quartered and sliced

1. Combine all ingredients in crockpot, stir to coat. Cook on low 7 hours or high 5 hours, stirring if possible every two hours.
