Coconut Rice
2 cans coconut milk
2 1/2 cups water
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 cups uncooked rice
1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil.
2. Cover, cook on low 15 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes.
