So Kevin has been home from the hospital for a couple weeks now. Everything is going great with his recovery. Hopefully he will be able to return to work in another week or so.
We just finished our first class at University of La Verne. It was a good class with a great instructor. It feels good to have one more class down and out of the way. Hopefully I can still be on track to graduate next spring.
On other news it looks like we will be beginning our first round of advanced fertility treatments in the next month. After over a year of trying to conceive, we have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility. We have gone through all the testing and everything looks fine. We went to our first appt with the fertility clinic just over a week ago and the Dr said that he tinks he will be able to get us pregnant. So hopefully in about a week we will begin taking Clomid and then trying IUI shortly there after.

Hospital Day 3
So I have lots of time sitting here in the hospital so I thought I would start my blog. I have been thinking about this off and on for the last year or so. Let's see how this works out.
Kevin is on day 3 after his back surgery. We finally got the large IV unit out, but that also means no more morphine drip. He's had the hiccups pretty bad since yesterday morning. I'm not sure how he does it. The hiccups with a 6 inch incision across his abdomen. I would be screaming bloody murder. He's such a trooper. Now if we could just get his heart rate under control I think they will let us go home. Well, I hear physical therapy in the hall, so that is all for my first blog!
