1 lb thick cut bacon
1 bunch asparagus
1. Wrap bacon around 1-3 asparagus spears (depending on thickness).
2. Cook in fry pan over medium heat.
**I had a problem the first time trying to keep the bacon from unrolling. You can secure it with a toothpick.

Turkey and Broccoli Pasta
1 package ground turkey
1 head broccoli
1 box pasta (I use Rotini)
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 gloves garlic pressed
4 tablespoons water
1. Cook pasta according to directions on box.
2. While pasta is cooking, start browning meat in large fry pan with water, Italian Seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
3. While other two items are cooking, cut broccoli head into bite sized pieces (I leave a few larger pieces so my toddler can gnaw on them). Add broccoli for last two minutes of pasta cooking time.
4. Drain pasta and combine all ingredients in large bowl. Stir well, serve.
*Fresh grated parmesan is great served on top.
